Forum Posting Guidelines/Rules
• All comments must be posted in English. You must be able to type/communicate in english well in order to participate in our forum.
• Spamming of any kind is not allowed.
• You must stay on topic in threads.
• Harassing, insulting, racial, or any other form of inappropriate/attack comments are strictly prohibited.
• Comments containing adult material such as pornagraphy, excessive violence, etc. are not allowed.
• Insulting Advertise It or any forums that are advertised here will not be tolerated.
• Trolling *see description here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)* is not allowed.
• Swearing/cursing is never allowed on Advertise It.
• You must show respect to staff members at all times.


Avatar and Signature Guidelines
• No inappropriate, adult, or oversized images may be used.
• Avatars/signatures may be used for advertising, but the site being advertised MUST be yours or you must be an Admin there.

Account Guidelines
• All members may register one account only per IP address.
• Only one person may use your account in the forums.
• Multiple accounts of the same IP address without the owner's permission will be deleted without notice, and your main account will be banned.
• Please be aware that at Admin/Mod may edit, change, or even delete your account.

Advertising Guidelines
• The purpose of this forum is for advertising, and you are allowed to advertise 24/7.
• You may advertise as many forum, website, or blog URL's as you wish, but they cannot be the same. AKA: only 1 advertising topic per URL address.
• You are allowed to "bump" your topic once every 12 hours. Bumping in less than 12 hours is strictly prohibited.
• You are ONLY allowed to advertise within the ADVERTISING forums! Advertising in the wrong forum is not allowed.
• Advertising in someone else's topic is prohibited.
• If you want to advertise your forum/website, it must not contain any copyrighted, adult, or any other illegal material. If it does contain such material, the link to your site will be removed, your topic shall be locked, and you will recieve an Official Warning.
• You must be an Admin on the site you wish to advertise. If you advertise a site that you are not an Admin on, it will be considered spam.

Discipline
• Spamming of any kind - Official Warning
• Vulgarities Of Any Kind (harrasmen, personal insults, etc.) - 2 Official Warnings
• Bumping Topic In Less Than 12 Hours More Than Once - Official Warning
• Going off topic more than 3 times - Official Warning
• Advertising In Wrong Forum - Official Warning
• Showing disrespect to staff members - 2 Official Warnings
• Speaking bad about Advertise It or any sites advertised here - Immediate Ban
• Multiple Accounts - Immediate Ban
• Promoting of same URL in more than one topic - Official Warning
• Swearing - Official Warning
• Avatar/signature violations - Official Warning
• Advertising a forum that is illegal or inappropriate (adult content, copyrighted material, etc.) - Official Warning
• Advertising a forum that you are not an admin on more than once - Official Warning
• Posting inappropriate (adult) images - Immediate Ban


Moderator/Administrator Discretion
• If you act in a way that an Admin/Mod believes is inappropriate (even though it may not violate any of these rules) you may still be punished.
• If you have a problem with an action(s) a staff member has taken, DO NOT say anything in the forums. PM an Owner with any and all complaints.
• The warning levels stated above are MOST LIKELY what you will receive. Although you may receive a greater, or lesser warning at an Admin/Mod's discretion.
• The decisions of the Owners are FINAL! The Owner(s) of Advertise Zone has absolute power over the forum, its content, and its members. He/she/them can make any decisions that are in the best interest of the community.
• If you complain/voice displeasure about any staff member's decision in the forums or the chatbox, you will be banned for 48 hours.

Rules are subject to change at any time for any reason!

If a staff member violates any of these rules, he/she may be fired from his/her position. NOTE: If you are fired from the Staff for breaking the rules, you will NEVER be given a staff position again.
